Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate detailed and accurate inspection and testing reports, and maintain inspection and testing files.
  • Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and complete related inspection activities.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance related logs and databases.
  • Perform review of calibration certificates and support administration of the calibration system.
  • Perform Quality Assurance related data entry and generate reports as required.
  • Perform Sterile Load processing and review.
  • Execute written protocols, gather data, and generate reports.
  • Work with Quality Engineers in developing inspection/test procedures.
  • Implement improvements to inspection and test documentation, and Quality System procedures.
  • Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Audit production lines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform Document Control related activities.
  • Perform Device History Records review and product release activities.
  • Decontaminate and aid in product analysis of returned complaint devices.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience as a Quality Technician in a medical device industry.
  • Experience using micrometer, pin gauges, microscope.
  • Moderate computer proficiency, ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
