Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Catering Event Specialist to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years and a passion for mentoring and developing others.

The Catering Event Specialist will be responsible for selling, planning, coordinating and assisting with execution, supervising service staff and working closely with the venue team to ensure the smooth running of all functions.

The successful candidate will have a solid track record in achieving financial results and be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
