We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our Government Solutions team at Verizon. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to State, Local, and Federal Government agencies, growing sales opportunities through strategic networking, negotiating and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend innovative solutions to meet their business challenges.
  • Sales Growth: Seek out new growth opportunities and generate new sales leads through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Proposal Development: Write proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Provide follow-up training for new customers to ensure successful adoption of Verizon's solutions.
  • Sales Management: Handle your sales pipeline and activity with sales management tools to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate forecasting and tracking reports to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with new offerings and market trends through training and your own research to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Experience: Four or more years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Sales Experience: Outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Led large complex accounts and sales teams.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
