Job Summary:

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal components using heavy machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Read and understand blueprints and specifications to plan and execute fabrication projects.
  • Material Sourcing: Source and procure materials and equipment needed for fabrication projects.
  • Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut materials to specifications using various tools and equipment.
  • Welding and Assembly: Weld and assemble metal components using various welding techniques and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test finished work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Welding certificate or experience from a technical school preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to pass weld test, knowledge of various welding techniques, documentation skills, basic safety, equipment maintenance, lifting, analyzing information, dependability, and independence.
