The role of Insurance Sales Agent at AAA Mid Atlantic offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales skills and passion for customer service in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products from our extensive portfolio of personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and the community to generate leads and referrals.
- Nurture partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters to ensure seamless product offerings.

**Requirements:**
- This is an in-office position, requiring residence within a commutable distance from Southington, CT, Avon, CT, or West Hartford, CT.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, meeting set metrics.
- Proficiency in networking and prospecting to generate leads.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
- Capacity to learn new computer programs and multitask.
