Job Description

At Bertera Subaru of Hartford, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to build relationships with customers. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of car sales principles and be able to negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Identify sales opportunities, negotiate prices, and finalize deals that meet the customer's requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest car models, features, and technologies to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of car sales experience; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong product knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
