**Job Summary**

As a Project Architect on the Perkins&Will team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise and passion for architecture will drive the success of our projects, and your ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies that align with project goals and client objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including construction plans, details, and specifications.
  • Administer agency review analysis and ensure compliance with accessibility, zoning, and life-safety regulations.
  • Contribute to project marketing pursuits, proposal preparation, and interviews.
  • Review and approve work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and document compliance.
  • Participate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups to ensure high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective communication and direction strategies to inspire high team performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate effectively with partners, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of related experience in architectural project management or design leadership.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, including Revit.
  • LEED GA or AP accreditation within 6 months of hire.
  • Licensure required.
