About the Role

Our dynamic architecture studio is in search of a Senior Architectural Project Leader to guide our talented teams in creating exceptional architectural drawings and specifications. You will play a crucial role in addressing intricate technical and design challenges, delivering innovative and practical solutions for remarkable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all project aspects.
  • Lead project presentations that communicate a cohesive vision to clients.
  • Oversee project documentation, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Propose innovative architectural features and amenities to enhance client offerings.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure design alignment and timely deliverables.
  • Provide insights to project teams regarding various construction methodologies to meet market demands.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to deadlines while producing consistently high-quality documentation.
  • Offer design and documentation support as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Registered Architect with a Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited five-year program.
  • 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Revit, with knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Strong technological aptitude and exceptional graphic skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with building codes, standards, and structural systems.
  • Experience managing projects from inception through post-occupancy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at various stages of development.
  • Working knowledge of parametric modeling tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo.
  • Proficient in Rhino and familiar with Enscape.
