Position:

Manufacturing Production Associate
Summary: As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operation and upkeep of various machinery within the production environment, ensuring the smooth and precise creation of aerosol products.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards will be essential in achieving production goals and providing top-notch aerosol products to our clientele.


Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery:
Efficiently and safely manage production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, labeling devices, and conveyor systems.

Product inspection:
Perform regular visual assessments and quality checks on products to confirm compliance with the company's quality benchmarks and specifications.

Material handling:
Oversee and manage raw materials and components necessary for production, such as aerosol containers, valves, tips, caps, and shipping boxes.

Health and safety compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.

Efficiency improvement:
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to identify areas for process enhancement, cost savings, and increased productivity.

Record keeping:
Maintain precise production documentation.

Cleanliness and organization:
Ensure the production area is tidy and organized, fostering a safe and efficient working environment.

Training and development:
Engage in training initiatives to improve understanding of aerosol production processes, safety protocols, and company policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow directives and work autonomously or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance.
Physical endurance and capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not essential.

Physical Requirements:
95% standing, bending, and walking. Frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
