Overview:
The Production Equipment Specialist is tasked with the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleanliness of manufacturing machinery. This role reports to the Production Line Supervisor and collaborates closely with the Line Operator to develop effective changeover strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned machinery efficiently
- Identify and resolve production or equipment downtime issues promptly, documenting all occurrences
- Conduct regular cleaning and upkeep of production equipment
- Complete all necessary documentation during shifts, including downtime logs, maintenance reports, and cleaning checklists
- Demonstrate the ability to cross-train and acquire skills on various equipment
- Provide training to fellow employees on the correct operation of machinery
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform additional tasks as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
