Position:

Manufacturing Assembly Specialist
Summary: As a Manufacturing Assembly Specialist, you will play a vital role in the operation and upkeep of various machinery on the assembly line, ensuring the effective and precise production of aerosol products.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards will be essential in achieving production goals and delivering superior aerosol products to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Machinery Operation:
Efficiently and safely operate production machinery, including aerosol filling systems, labeling equipment, and conveyor belts.

Quality Assurance:
Perform regular visual inspections and quality assessments on products to confirm they align with the company’s quality benchmarks and specifications.

Material Management:
Oversee and manage the raw materials and components necessary for production, such as aerosol containers, valves, tips, caps, and shipping boxes.

Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.

Process Improvement:
Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to identify areas for process enhancement, cost savings, and increased efficiency.

Documentation:
Maintain precise production records.

Workplace Organization:
Ensure the production area is clean and organized, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Training Participation:
Engage in training programs to improve knowledge of aerosol production processes, safety protocols, and company policies.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to follow directions and work autonomously or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance.
Physical endurance and capability to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous but not essential.

Physical Requirements:
95% standing, bending, and walking. Frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
