Position: Production Line Worker

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards will be vital in achieving production goals and providing top-notch aerosol products to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently manage production machinery, including aerosol filling machines, labeling devices, and conveyor systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular visual inspections and quality assessments on products to confirm compliance with the company's quality benchmarks and specifications.
  • Material Management: Oversee and handle raw materials and components necessary for production, such as aerosol cans, valves, tips, caps, and shipping cartons.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.
  • Process Improvement: Work alongside supervisors and colleagues to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes, reducing costs, and boosting productivity.
  • Documentation: Keep precise production records.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly production area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to improve understanding of aerosol production methods, safety practices, and company policies.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Capability to follow directives and work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Strong focus on detail and dedication to quality assurance.
  • Physical endurance and ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous but not essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • 95% of the time spent standing, bending, and walking.
  • Frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
