Job Title: Commercial Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our multi-year commercial roadmap, driving sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with our corporate objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and consumer trend research to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial workstreams
  • Provide project management support and thought partnership to commercial leadership
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to executive teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in a commercial or strategy role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management and executive communication experience
  • Project management experience
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and beverage alcohol industry
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $130,000
