We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients identify and build a culture centered around the safety of their people.
In this position, you will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions to mitigate potential risks. You will provide strategic guidance and consulting services related to safety culture and people development and engagement.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the B2B universe and how to find and navigate an effective discovery. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with clients at the highest levels of any organization.
This is a high-paced, high-risk, high-stress role. Your primary objective is to open doors for our Subject Matter Experts. Your audience will be C-level individuals who desire to transform their cultures. This role offers a base salary of $150,000 plus a commission on the doors you open, resulting in estimated annual earnings north of $200,000.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience successfully navigating the Construction and Manufacturing verticals.
- Strong knowledge of how to carry a fruitful conversation.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with those within your circle of influence.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- An existing network full of C-Level contacts in the Construction and Manufacturing space would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
