About the Position
The Vice President of Community Impact and Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and supporting corporate growth strategies, focusing on new business development and strategic alliances. This will involve overseeing national sales personnel, developing quarterly marketing plans, and establishing professional relationships with referral sources. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform clinical assessments, provide in-services, and complete market analysis for new business opportunities.

Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-10 years of relevant healthcare operations or development experience. The ideal candidate will have proven negotiation and relationship-building skills at the senior management level, as well as solid financial and market analysis skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are also essential for this role. Travel may be required up to 50%+ of the time.

Salary Range
$160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience.
