At Helen of Troy, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Finance Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving profitable revenue growth and supporting our sales channels and teams in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cross-functional workstreams in planning, trade management, reporting, and insights to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain key models and reporting capabilities to support sales forecasting and revenue recognition.
  • Support the strategic and annual budget processes, including developing gross and net revenue plans and drivers.
  • Lead the monthly sales forecasting process, including developing rolling 12-month gross and net sales forecasts.
  • Manage trade spending, including supporting trade management controls and processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the business, including improving reporting capabilities and working on cross-functional business teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of financial/quantitative experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI experience.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with experience modeling complex data sets.
  • Cross-functional finance experience and consumer product goods industry experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • SQL skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $124,073 - $186,110 annually, plus benefits, including salary + bonus, healthcare, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid parental leave, 401(k) with company match, basic life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid time off, paid charitable leave, and educational assistance.
