About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the creation of engaging campaigns that capture the essence of our brand expressed in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Design the annual campaign activation calendar and launch compelling traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including managing content, budget, timelines, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product marketing teams, our digital center of excellence, and other relevant teams to identify the right tactics and produce high-quality campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Track and Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance, using data to make informed improvements for every subsequent campaign.
  • Drive Business Growth: Continuously look for new ways to expand our customer base and challenge our team on new ways to engage.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 10+ years of industry experience in Campaign Planning & Activation or related functions.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience in marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions, creating or tailoring campaign assets, and confident in digital campaign best-practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.
  • Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Job Requirements: Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Annual Marketing Planning: Experienced in designing, building, and executing annual marketing plans coordinated amongst multiple businesses.
