Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve desired patient outcomes
- Assist in the development of systems, processes, and programs to improve quality of patient care and increase nursing efficiency
- Participate in performance improvement techniques to demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
- BCLS and ACLS certifications
- NRP Neonate Resuscitate certification
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification (for Maternal RNs)
- PALS, C-NPT Neo Ped Transport, TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course, ENPC Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, and STABLE certifications (for PICU/NICU RNs)
- CCRN, PNCCT, TNATC, CTRN, and CFRN certifications
- Critical Care Transport Experience
- Three years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Neonatal, Pediatric, L&D, Adult, and/or Emergency Critical Care
