Pediatric Transport Team RN Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric/Neonatal Transport Team at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. This is a full-time night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the care needs of assigned patients and develop comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.
- Partner with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Advocate for the patient and balance care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
- Academic degree in nursing.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
