Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric Transport Team at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the care needs of assigned patients and developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
- Advocate for patients and balance care needs with financial considerations to achieve efficient and effective treatments.
- Develop customized care plans based on individual patient needs and preferences, in partnership with patients and their primary physicians.
Requirements
Required: Academic degree in nursing, 2 years of nursing experience, and current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
