Pediatric Transport Team RN Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric Transport Team at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of assigned patients and developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Balance care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments.
- Academic degree in nursing.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
