Key Responsibilities- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Help manage the staff, ensuring that all procedures and policies are followed.
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Assist with managing the front office budget and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
- Prior cash handling experience necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
- Computer experience required.
