Job Description

IT Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and equipment
  • Assist in delivering remote and desk-side technical support
  • Perform diagnostic and repair activities on hardware and software components
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts and system configurations
  • Monitor and respond to customer requests and issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support and system administration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
