Field Service Engineer

Fotona is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and service to our customers in New England and across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on laser systems
- Instruct customers and staff on equipment applications and operations
- Submit timely and accurate service reports, timesheets, and other paperwork
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and Fotona team members
Requirements:
- Associate's or Technical Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with photonics, electronics, biomedical engineering, or similar
- Customer service and/or field service experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 75%, work flexible hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
