Job Summary

The Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and Campus Experience is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract a diverse and talented student body. This position oversees the recruitment process, campus visit experience, and all on-campus and virtual visit programming, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that aligns with the institution's goals and brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Senior Director of Admissions to attract a diverse and talented student body.
  • Campus Visit Experience: Oversee all aspects of the campus visit experience, including campus tours, open houses, special visit programs, and virtual events, ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and informative experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Enrollment Management: Contribute to the overall enrollment strategy by analyzing market trends, enrollment data, and demographic shifts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Higher Education, Enrollment Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills & Competencies: Exceptional leadership, project management, and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong customer service focus.
