Responsibilities:


In this position, you will engage directly with customers at our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your role will involve discussing various topics such as heating and cooling enhancements, air quality solutions, energy efficiency, and how our services can significantly benefit customers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads for complimentary in-home consultations or promoting home performance tune-ups, after which our qualified experts will take over the process.


Compensation:
Hourly wage of $20, with the potential to earn $25 or more through a bonus and commission structure.


Work Schedule:
Part-time positions available, with a requirement for weekend and holiday shifts.



Qualifications:
• Ability to work autonomously while representing our brand in partner retail locations.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, though a friendly and outgoing demeanor can compensate for this.
• Willingness to work additional hours and weekends as necessary.
• All candidates must complete pre-employment screenings.
