As a Backroom Coordinator at Marshalls, you will be responsible for supporting the store team in maintaining a positive and respectful store culture. This includes role modeling customer experience practices, supporting internal and external customers, and embodying honesty and integrity. You will also be responsible for accurately ringing customer purchases and returns, and counting change back to customers. Additionally, you will support the store team in maintaining a clean and organized backroom area, and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
