Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Werres Corporation, a leading provider of material handling equipment and customized engineering systems, is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to provide first-level support for computer hardware and software-related inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, escalating to appropriate teams and tiers as required, and providing additional support with patching and antivirus updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level response to computer hardware and software-related inquiries via multiple methods.
  • Acknowledge and respond to tickets, escalating to appropriate teams and tiers as required.
  • Provide additional support with patching and antivirus updates.
  • Assist in the management of computer assets.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or one or more of the following industry certificates: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certification, Technical School Certificate.
  • Relevant work experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
