Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role will focus on collaborating with Sales Development Representatives to close deals, conduct product demonstrations, and drive revenue growth within our enterprise client base.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to qualify leads and opportunities within the enterprise segment.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through to close, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently striving to maximize revenue generation and account penetration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales Development Representatives to qualify and close opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
