We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Development Director to join our team at Upstream Rehabilitation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our teams of physical therapists in the South Louisville area, Owensboro, and Evansville. As a Clinical Leadership Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and coaching the leadership, management, and clinical skills of each Clinic Director within the region.

You will also be accountable for ensuring appropriate hiring, staffing, payroll, performance reviews, and other HR-related duties are executed properly and timely. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring operational congruency across multiple sites.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • ~ 3+ years of experience within an outpatient rehabilitation setting
  • ~ Demonstrated effective operational leadership and performance, preferably with multi-site leadership experience
