Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Mobile Offer Management is responsible for driving the development of mobile pricing and promotional strategies to achieve business objectives, including growing market share and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with product partners to identify opportunities that align with business goals, assemble relevant data, and recommend pricing and offer changes to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with product partners to identify promotional opportunities and assemble relevant data to support pricing and offer recommendations.
  2. Integrate with analytics and revenue teams to build business cases for key marketing initiatives and track financial metrics.
  3. Support customer experience initiatives by working with sales and customer operations partners to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  4. Improve offer presentation and prioritization within agent-facing tools to effectively target offers to customers and prospects.
  5. Maintain internal channel line-up databases, including product costs and margins by package.
  6. Work with marketing science, marketing intelligence, and business intelligence teams to drive continuous improvements in offer reporting and tracking capabilities.
  7. Maintain and enhance procedures for review, approval, and adjustment of strategic offers and pricing based on changing economic and competitive landscapes.
  8. Manage promotional roll-off programs to ensure appropriate pricing is applied to customers during the promotional roll process.
  9. Perform ad hoc projects and reporting requests from business unit leaders, including customer migrations, billing design offer implementation accuracy, and product launches.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information.
  • Ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to address issues using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables to perform data analyses and create business cases.
  • Ability to translate detailed trends and statistics into executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate well through emails, conference calls, and MS PowerPoint.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Marketing, pricing, or finance work experience - 6 years.
  • Management experience - 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of mobile wireless and cable industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing research, techniques, and related data tools.
Working Conditions

Office environment, up to 1-2 travel trips per year.
