Program Pricing Strategy Manager

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pricing strategy and optimization efforts. As a Manager, Program Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for defining, building, and overseeing value-based and offer configuration pricing programs critical to managing our overall firmwide efforts to transition away from time & material pricing and deliver value-oriented market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and develop pricing strategies and models to drive business growth and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing programs and initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
Develop and maintain pricing models and analytics to support business decisions
Lead the management of pricing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial enablement, or related roles
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with attribute-based pricing models and strategies is highly desirable
Ability to develop solution/product visions and specifications, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and lead cross-functional teams
