We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Asset Management practice at RSM US LLP. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to our clients in the Asset Management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed review and analysis of complex Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and/or FoF partnership state tax returns
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' state tax liabilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in business taxation, preferably with a Big 4 or a large national, regional, or local accounting firm
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Licensed JD
  • Prior state and local tax compliance and consulting experience serving Asset Management clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
