The US Prime Content Testing team plays a crucial role in the ongoing improvement and optimization of the Prime customer experience through systematic experimentation.
Our marketing experts leverage customer insights, learnings from prior experiments, and established design principles to craft initiatives aimed at enhancing our customers' understanding of the extensive benefits of Prime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer insights grounded in a thorough understanding of customer data and the Prime customer journey.
- Create compelling messaging strategies that effectively showcase the diverse benefits and features of Prime to our varied customer demographic.
- Design and implement a roadmap for experiments tailored to distinct customer pathways.
- Analyze experiment outcomes and disseminate key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Work alongside creative teams to produce top-tier marketing materials.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Background in online retail or B2C marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from inception to completion.
- Ability to use customer research and empirical data to formulate experiment hypotheses.
- Exceptional time-management skills, thriving in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
- A passion for delving into details to enhance programs and tools.
- Experience in creating and executing experiment roadmaps.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive compensation package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
