Become a vital member of our Engineering Test Lab Team as a Test Engineering Technician. In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of activities associated with vibration, load deflection, shock, endurance, and production assessments. We seek a meticulous, self-driven individual who thrives both independently and collaboratively to guarantee efficient product evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, execute, assess, and document engineering and environmental evaluations on components.
  • Perform vibration, load deflection, shock, endurance, and production assessments.
  • Analyze and confirm test outcomes.
  • Record testing procedures, fixtures, and results comprehensively.
  • Work alongside team members, engineers, and clients to ensure precise results.
  • Assist in ongoing enhancements in methodologies, processes, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with specialized technical training.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or testing roles within manufacturing or engineering.
  • Familiarity with environmental testing laboratory equipment.
  • Proficient in English for interpreting instructions and technical documentation.
  • Computer literate and adept at utilizing testing systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule: First Shift

This position requires adherence to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for U.S. Persons.
