Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders to realize the firm’s vision and strategy, implementing technology to enhance project efficiency and foster design innovation.

Design and Development:
Craft control system architectures and schematics utilizing CAD, aligned with project specifications and leveraging ACS controller products.
Design hardware interfaces and software components, integrating various sensors, actuators, drives, controllers, and servos.

Work alongside cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and testing technicians, to achieve project objectives and ensure the smooth integration of control systems.

Maintain comprehensive documentation related to control system design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Regularly update reporting, technical documents, and user manuals as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in motion systems hardware development.

Experience Required:
Proficiency in electrical design aspects, including component selection, system architecture, design verification, and documentation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Demonstrated capability to translate system requirements into Mechatronics solutions.
Experience in resolving compliance testing and EMI/EMC issues through methodical root cause analysis.

Familiarity with ACS products and HMI software, along with experience in designing multi-layer interface PCBs using Easy-PC or similar tools.

Experience in designing cables and system interconnects using 2D Draftsight/AutoCAD, and creating system-level schematics with SolidWorks Electrical.

Hands-on experience with motion controllers, PLCs, and industrial automation systems is essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.

Proven engineering knowledge in applying analytical solutions to complex engineering challenges, demonstrating discipline and creativity in project assignments.

Ability to work independently while solving intricate engineering problems, showcasing good leadership skills and experience in teamwork.

Competence in using precision hand tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and various measuring instruments.
