About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical design team and drive the development of innovative and compliant mechanical design solutions. As a key member of our cross-functional engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and enterprise server markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mechanical design of critical components for liquid cooling solutions
  • Establish design targets and requirements
  • Develop and evaluate strategies and new design concepts to solve future challenges
  • Evaluate design performance through stages of development utilizing analysis and testing
  • Drive collaboration across diverse teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years industry experience or equivalent skill; must include 8+ years' experience in pressure vessel design or equivalent skill
  • Expertise in pressure vessel design to include structural analysis, construction methodologies, design for manufacturability, and material requirements
  • Experience predicting and validating pressure handling performance of a design
  • Creative with strong mechanical intuition and aptitude
Desirable Requirements

While not essential, experience with liquid cooling and FEA modeling, as well as a BS in mechanical engineering (or equivalent), would be beneficial.
