About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and trends.
  • Meet with clients in person to understand their needs and develop effective marketing campaigns that meet their goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects in Salesforce.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with our existing client base to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns that align with the iHeartMedia brand and resources.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence and persuasive communication skills.
  • Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor competition to continually prospect new account leads and stay ahead of the market.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments while following all station procedures.
Requirements
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive personality with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills with the ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task.
  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus, as is Salesforce experience.
  • A valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance are required.
  • Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills are essential.
