Job Opportunity

Katy Spring & Mfg. Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Utilize Katy Spring's CRM to document and analyze customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share pipeline updates and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase Katy Spring's products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn a new industry and adapt to changing market trends.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $60K - $70K, plus commission.
  • Benefits package includes 401K with match and health insurance plans with 75% covered by Katy Spring.
