Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative with Kyle Lindner - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products. This role will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Organizational skills
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
