We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits products, providing application and product navigation support.
  • Assist clients with payroll processing and solve any issues that may arise, including tax changes and updates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative support and recommendations on product optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that services meet client expectations.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and communicate status and resolution to clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience with automated multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing, and basic knowledge of payroll tax principles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP systems that impact payroll processing.
  • Advanced training and proficiency on complex topics, such as Benefit Accruals and Special Calculations.
