Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate information is recorded and timely distribution.
- Call Management: Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, minimizing workflow interruptions by addressing non-clinical inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Refill Management: Schedule medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate information is recorded for timely distribution.
- Progress Notes: Update progress notes in the system to enable quick status assessments by other team members.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond directly to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a call center setting (retail experience not applicable).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with management information systems to effectively address customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and strong attention to detail.
- Medical Knowledge: Medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
