**CornerStone Staffing is seeking experienced professionals to fill over 20 Healthcare Customer Support Representative positions in a dynamic and growing company**.

You will be joining one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies, focusing on rare diseases and cancer medications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy needs, such as scheduling medication deliveries and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Manage calls related to general prescription statuses and financial information to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Direct calls to the right team members to resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update records with progress notes to keep the workflow on track.
  • Use our management information system to provide information about refills, prescription statuses, insurance details, and invoices.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
  • Customer service experience in a call center (retail experience does not qualify)
  • Familiarity with management information systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Great attention to detail
  • Medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Willingness to take a typing and customer service test
