Eagle Harbor, LLC invites experienced Maritime Engineering Professionals to apply for the position of Navy Operations Specialist in Chesapeake, Virginia. This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

About the Position
This position involves troubleshooting, disassembling, and inspecting electrical equipment with limited supervision. The successful candidate will have experience working with AC and DC generators, switchboards, distribution panels, lighting, and alarm circuits. A strong understanding of electrical systems, including switchboards, switchgear, controls, and distribution panels, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing shipboard power and lighting circuits using schematics, blueprints, or other drawings for routing and connection. They will also identify various cables by cable types, number of conductors, and wire size. Additionally, they will install motor controllers, switch boxes, circuit breakers, panels, feeder cables, wireways, supports, and wires for power and lighting systems.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent with Military 'A' or 'C' school(s) completion or a vocational, maritime, or journeyman training program. Five (5) years of shop experience providing practical knowledge of quality assurance programs, quality control inspection systems, and machining skills are required. Six (6) years' experience including practical engineering experience operating, testing, maintaining, and repairing naval ship Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Ordnance equipment, and systems is preferred. Valid U.S. Driver's License is mandatory, and drug screening is a condition of employment.
