Job Summary

The Software Data Entry Specialist I will become an expert in the 4Insite web and mobile platforms. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of large-scale data management and review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Expertise: Become an expert in the 4insite web and mobile platforms.
  • Accuracy Evaluation: Evaluate accuracy and relevancy of AI responses.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance and accuracy.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of large-scale data management and review.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the AI development team to enhance system functionalities.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues identified during the data review process.
  • Data Collection: Collect qualitative and quantitative data to contribute to daily project reports.
  • Change Request Review: Reviews and verifies change requests and documents to determine accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Discretion and Escalation: Utilizes discretion and escalates issues as needed to correct or complete data.
  • Task Completion: Completes all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deadline Management: Ensures all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contain appropriate approvals.
  • Data Distribution: Ensure data is distributed to all the proper channels of visibility on the software platform.
  • Subject-Matter Expert Support: Support subject-matter experts to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are met or exceeded.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot the end user's issue and resolve upon first contact.
  • Customer Support: Helping with customer support tickets during downtime.
  • Issue Documentation: Accurately record and document all details of the issues or service request, including categorization and priority into IT service desk tools.
  • Technical Support: Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customers point of view.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to customer sites may be required up to 20% of the time.
  • Availability: Weekend availability required.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Driver's License: May be required to have a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Shift: Flexible.
