Job Overview

This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with families and children residing within the site.

The Residential Aid Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the general welfare and safety of residents by making rounds throughout the building and engaging with families. They will communicate with the security team and Director if an issue or concern arises.

Key responsibilities include accompanying case managers during room inspections, monitoring common areas to ensure proper usage, and conducting intakes during evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed. The Residential Aid Supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling and monitoring residential aids during their shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in shelter or residential setting.
  • Experience with CARES preferred.
  • Mandatory Bilingualism in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Food Protection Certificate required during first few weeks of hire.
  • Driver's License preferred.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
