Job Overview

At BlueOval SK LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our start-up team, you will play a crucial role in launching our facility from the ground up.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct regular safety and performance tests to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that production staff are equipped to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are equipped to meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Material, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience developing and managing quality systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
