Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to electric vehicle innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage program timelines for assigned areas and implement recovery actions.
  • Oversee the setup and installation of equipment used in battery cell production, module assembly, and factory automation.
  • Ensure seamless operation of integrated systems, including material handling and automated assembly lines.
  • Optimize installation processes to enhance efficiency and production capacity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in collaboration with OEMs, Safety, Facility, Controls, and Process teams.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience installing large-scale manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in voice of customer and relating customer need into potential solutions.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.
