Key Responsibilities- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations to support business decisions
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding construction applications and project updates
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of application information to regulatory parties
- Analyze data and mapping information to inform business strategies
- Update work orders and customer account information to ensure seamless operations
- Track data and metrics via SharePoint database to drive business insights
- Process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, and handle confidential records with discretion
- Enter and/or review employee time cards to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
- Proficient in SAP with ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- 2-5 years of administrative experience in a related field
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred; demonstrated experience may be substituted for education
- High level of initiative and judgment to drive business results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to build effective relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
