Legal Office Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Office Associate to join our team at Ricoh Americas Corporation. As a key member of our legal support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to legal professionals, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with the maintenance of legal records, including filing, scanning, and indexing.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail distribution, and supply management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of legal technologies, software, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic electronics knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with frequent exposure to copier/fax machine noise.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull machines on wheels.
- May be required to work occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.
